Venue & Fees

The Auraria Campus Event Services staff is here to help make your event memorable. Initially they will take you on a tour of our facilities and review our policies and procedures. They will assist you with your seating and serving furnishings, audio-visual needs and offer suggestions regarding decorations, event signage and caterers. They will also recommend and formalize the room set-up based on your needs, physical limitations of the room, location of the room, efficiency of usage, available furnishings, historic preservation concerns, and with consideration of adjacent activities.

Once you have decided to schedule your event at one of our beautiful venues, the Auraria Campus Event Services staff will develop your reservation agreement and a serve as your official contact during the coordination of your event. To make a reservation you can either visit the Auraria Campus Event Services Department located in Room 325 of the Tivoli or call us at (303) 556-2755.
